Worst experience collaborating with @rapidshyp as last mile delivery partners. A parcel which was picked on 3rd August to be delivered less than 5kms from the pickup address but it did not get delivered and rto was received yesterday which contains some different product 😡

@IndiaMART I get a call atleast a month to upgrade the plan and switch to a bigger package but when its coming to solving the actual problem your staff has been very laidback. All respect for the company we had has gone down the lane. Hope the issue is now taken seriously 🙌🏻🧐

I am an @IndiaMART customer since 3 years now and have always found their service to be decent. Recently their standards went so high that they are comparing themselves to Indian Government saying “Naya gst liya na toh plan bhi naya lelo”

We were successful in changing the name and details of my company on all big platforms like google, X and meta and the process was very simple whereas its been 4-5 months now that i am fighting with @IndiaMART but all in vain.
