The @MOISOMALIA H.E. Abdifatah Qasim, today visited to the port of Mogadishu & met with the Port Manager, Amb. Ameriko. They focused on accelerating tourism initiatives & establishing a system to accurately record the number of tourists entering the country through the Port.

The Cabinet approved today the Culture & Arts Bill, drafted by the @MOISOMALIA. Minister Abdifatah Qasim Mahmud, thanked the cabinet for approving the bill, describing it as a significant step toward preserving, promoting, and safeguarding Somalia's cultural heritage.

The Minister of Information of #Somalia H.E. Abdifatah Qasim today signed the condolence book opened by the Embassy of the State of #Qatar in Mogadishu, expressing his condolences on the passing of the former Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

H.E. President @HassanSMohamud held a meeting with the Emir of Qatar, HH @TamimBinHamad at Lusail Palace in Doha, Qatar, to offer his condolences on the passing of the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The President reaffirmed Somalia’s solidarity with the people of Qatar, and wished HH the Emir, the Royal Family, and the people of Qatar strength and patience.

President @HassanSMohamud presided over the graduation ceremony of Somali National Army (SNA) officers who successfully completed their military training in Mogadishu.

The President inspected a Guard of Honour and witnessed a military parade by the graduating cadets, commending their discipline, professionalism and dedication throughout the training.

President Hassan Sheikh also expressed his appreciation to the brotherly Republic of Türkiye for its steadfast support in strengthening the capacity and professionalism of the Somali National Army.
