Last Friday, El Centro’s Promotoras visited City Hall for a presentation about local city government from Deputy Mayor Krystal Reyes, followed by a tour of the building. They also had the opportunity to hear directly from members of the city’s leadership team about their work and how different departments support the community.

The tour included stops in the City Council Chambers, the Permitting Office, the City Council lobby area, and the space where commission meetings are held.

This plan serves as Tulsa’s application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for funding that supports housing stability, community development, and assistance programs throughout our community.

Public Review Period:
March 2 – April 1, 2026

Do you need to pay citations, access Court records, or arrange or extend payment plans but can’t make it to Tulsa Municipal Court during regular business hours?
You can visit Night Court on Thursdays to take advantage of extended business hours until 7 p.m. Night Court will be in session on March 5, 12 and 19, 2026.

If you have a correctible citation (expired tag, insurance, and driver’s license,), email your documents to [email protected] at least 72 hours in advance and bring them with you on your scheduled court date. Prior approval is required to confirm the scheduled court appearance.

Tulsa drivers, please watch for signal repairs in your area as the City is currently working on traffic signal repairs at two locations.

The first is at 71st & Granite, where crews have made repairs and replaced equipment, and are now working with PSO to resolve a possible power issue. The signal may continue flashing on and off as power fluctuates.

The second is at 7th & Elgin, where a failure in underground wiring has been identified and the signal has placed into flashing operation until repairs can be made. The intersection should be treated as an all-way stop while the signal is flashing red.

Please use caution in these areas and remember that flashing red signals should be treated as stop signs. We appreciate your patience as crews work to restore full signal operation.

The Neighborhood Conditions Index, Tulsa’s data-oriented tool for collaboration and community strengthening, was released in 2023 to empower residents to work together and guide the equitable investment of resources throughout the City. Last year, the NCI Pilot Program used this data to partner with three neighborhoods on addressing conditions with services provided by the City of Tulsa.
