No, it was never built because of how massive it was planned to be and the cost I guess, but same name so I imagine it’s tied to the original designers idea. But the show detailed its modularity as key to even make it possible to construct because building in the typical manner was simply not possible.
Just google it and you’ll see the images and understand, maybe the original website is still around or hopefully that tv show is on YouTube

Sounds like lawsuit territory if he plays it wrong, no? Isn’t there a legal duty to Tesla shareholders, like fiduciary responsibilities and all that? If it could be shown he deliberately hobbled Tesla in any way, holding back unsupervised FSD, Cybercab, etc., in order to personally benefit by way of the retaining the dual class structure and blah blah blah, when Tesla shareholders have strongly supported his compensation plans….
