@AskZipcar @Zipcar Rented a car 10/7/2020. Returned on time to designated spot. March 2021, I receive a notice from zipcar that I have an unpaid parking ticket from 10/9/2020, I am charged $70+$30latefee. Customer Service is giving me the run around on the phone. Zipcar👎👎2021

@AskZipcar Your "technical issue" persists as of April 2021. Doesn't seem like you're trying to fix it.
