Hey @Blizzard_Ent @WarcraftDevs @Warcraft , why allow players to open crates and get a CLOAK or belt when you know they have the artifact ones? I understand getting them randomly from drops, but to do weekly TW raid quest and open a chest to a cloak is insane. Please fix this.
