With the MSA coming into force on October 13, Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance will be mandatory for all brokerages.

It's important to note that while many brokerages already carry E&O coverage, your existing policy may not meet the new minimum requirements under the MSA. We encourage brokerages to review their current coverage and speak with their insurance provider to ensure they are prepared ahead of the implementation date.

Make sure that you have the right coverage in place by October 13, 2016.
