@UPS too bad it is IMPOSSIBLE to get past the computer to ask a person about why my tracking info has two statuses in the future that look a lot like my package is NOT going to be delivered. 2nd time & main #1 frustration is the complete inability to get real customer support :(
@lenovoUS I guess the best you could do to fix a UPS screw up was refund my money and say, "too bad UPS messed up, I guess you're out the $1200 you would have saved if we'd just fixed the shipment" disappointed.
@lenovoUS really great customer service when the shipper you hired to send me my laptop screws up and the best you can offer is wait 10+ more weeks. sorry, we don't really like you customers as much as we say on the hold chatter. cool. pay close attention to the dates/times
