@brettdrc I’m old school. Show up 15 minutes early. If you know you’ll be late, at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the appointment, call the other person to tell them. Is basic courtesy, and says a lot about one’s character.

Build LRT North to South in Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack. Create jobs. Help with housing affordability, by allowing the population to spread out.

New trend by tenants is to sue their Property Manager for wrongful eviction. From a personal perspective this is wrongfully punitive against the PM's who were only following legal instructions from their principal. RTB says sue PM and they can go after the Owner.

for only $100 filing fee,, but this is unfair to small businesses just trying to make a living as a boutique Real Estate / Property Management office. Gaining nothing from carrying out the Owner's instructions. Losing an account, and facing potential financial punishments
