@AmazonHelp Tasha - have to read all the notes and emails? Who will sort out the problem from start to finish - 20 separate Amazon staff have now said speak to someone else
@amazon Dear Amazon - on 17th Aug. you offered me a gesture of goodwill refund for the bad service I had received - I have now spent nearly 3 hours on the phone from UK and sent CS 23 emails (no help offered), no promised calls back - what do I do?
@AmazonHelp Tasha - you haven’t sent any emails - this is now the 61st message I have sent asking for someone to help - everyone just passes the buck! The last contact Amazon link said they could not help
@AmazonHelp I have now reached out to @AmazonUK@AmazonHelp@amazon over 60 and every reply asks me to visits “contact us” or says what is the problem - so need another approach - oh and US says contact UK Amazon - please own the problem!
