Completed my Creative Project performance and dissertation towards the completion of my MA in Acting.
I investigated how Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed in combination with Afrocentric Performance Techniques can be used to offer strategies to resist sociopolitical oppression.

With over 12,500 applications received for the Mr Macaroni X TechCrush fully funded scholarship, the selection process has now been concluded.

After a careful review, 100 applicants have been selected for the bootcamp.

Emails have been sent to successful candidates. Congratulations to those selected.

This reflects the strong demand for tech learning opportunities across Africa. It also shows the need for more sponsors and philanthropists to step forward and invest at scale in hundreds and thousand of learners, building on the kind of impact demonstrated by @mrmacaroni through this initiative.
