Proposal:
Mandatory talent scouting in EVERY district.
At least one standout cricketer spotlighted from each of the 25 districts.
Build a national pool of minimum 24-25 raw gems → filter, nurture, and select the best.
No more Colombo-Gampaha-Kandy-Galle-Matara monopoly.
No more club politics.
Real merit. Real representation. Real Sri Lanka.
