@lhorsman https://t.co/XUcfBtwVji paraphrased for students, showed examples of famous monochromatic art, read @Newsela article about why Russia invaded Ukraine, made monochromatic art using Ukrainian symbols, phrases, landscapes, etc and put student art together to make the flag!

This week we learned that art can help us to process what’s going on around us and to express our feelings. We created some monochromatic art in response to news articles we read about Ukraine. 🇺🇦 #ArtsEd
