Our 🌟STAR 🌟of the week was Paisley! She loves softball, ramen, and the colors pink and purple. Paisley wants to be a vet and visit Hawaii. 🥎🍜💜🌺

Degan is our 🌟STAR 🌟of the week. He has a strong passion for soccer and dreams of becoming a professional player one day. ⚽️🥅 Degan also loves chicken nuggets and is eager to visit France someday.

Our 🌟STAR 🌟of the week is Brooks! He has a passion for waffles, football, and the color silver. Brooks wants to visit the Bahamas. 🏈🧇🩶

Our first 🎫Golden Ticket 🎫winner is Rowan!!! She is always doing what is asked (the first time) and is a kind friend to everyone!! Congrats Rowan!! 💚

Our class has been enjoying the presence of Miss S (Kennedy Schwiesow) in our room! She is a student teacher from the UNI. Miss S is originally from St. Ansgar and enjoys volleyball, cheese curds, and hopes to visit Australia. We are excited to have her for 8 weeks!! 💚🏐🚌

We have initiated our exploration of insects in science, thanks to Chelsea who brought in monarch caterpillars. It has been captivating to witness the life cycle firsthand. Today's highlight was observing a male emerge from his chrysalis, followed by tagging and releasing him. 🐛

We had the privilege of hosting Water Rocks from Iowa State, who presented an engaging lesson on wetlands this morning. We learned about the key characteristics of wetlands, participated in an interactive game, and saw the integration of vocabulary from previous science units. 🦆
