@Budget I was told I could not do this. That the shuttle was not 24 hours and it would be after 4am. So I need to know which side is right. The other man at the counter was told the exact same thing

@Budget it’s 3:38am and I am waiting for a Lyft from your facility for my 5am flight out of PBI. After 3 phone calls and 2 Facebook messages I was assured there would be a 24/7 shuttle. Sadly, upon returning my rental car there is not a shuttle available for a few hrs. Thoughts?

@Budget The airport had a shuttle from Budget to the West Palm Airport? There was absolutely none of this available. As a young female traveler this is absolutely unacceptable I was standing on the side of the road at 3:38 am.
