Okay I got fat again but I have to be skinny for an event in June. Time to heavily restrict until the event, then binge for weeks straight and get fat again afterwards! (the cycle will never end). To keep myself accountable I’ll log daily weight loss on here
I’d been good for like 3 months, not one binge. Lost 11kg. Binged the past 4 days back to back from stress. I’ll be starting a month long liquid diet (zero sugar + electrolyte drinks). My Christmas present will be my gw.
