I will never understand why the law cannot hold drivers responsible for almost knocking someone off their bike AND causing an accident.... unless they ACTUALLY hit them.

They can only be done for due care and attention.

I lost my boy Loki today, we don't know what happened. I found him under the bed. My heart is shattered, he would have been 3 next month 😭💔
