@HMRCcustomers my son is autistic and non tax payer but has recently received a certificate of taxable benefit. It was forwarded from previous address, how do I change details to new address?

@HMRCcustomers Hi, it’s a certificate showing the amount of benefit he’s received during the last tax year and that there is no tax to pay. I’ve just seen at the bottom ‘Issued by the BA/DSS’.

I’ve just realised that I forgot about informing the DSS about the address change

@HMRCcustomers In his request I manage his accounts anything official for him. He hasn’t and doesn’t need to pay any tax as hés not earning anything because of his condition.
