County Superintendent Ted Alejandre visited AVID at GYJH. AVID helps to increase college and career readiness, critical thinking and oral speaking skills. Students with AVID experiences perform exceptionally well in high school including a 96% A-G completion rate!

OPD/OFD were called this morning to GYJH due to an unknown device being found. Students and Staff were evacuated. OPD/OFD conducted full investigation. The campus was declared SAFE by OPD/OFD. All returned to their classes. Thank you to our staff and our OPD/OFD teams.
