@theroyalparks Thanks - would just be helpful to know if that means September or if it might not be until after half-term in October, for example. But will keep an eye out for updates.
@Ziffit Had a collection due today but when driver arrived, his notes said it was in 3 boxes. It's in 5 (no number confirmed by me) so he couldn't take all of them, but I couldn't just give him half. Has been marked 'not ready', courier gone, live chat is useless, now what?
@RoyalMailHelp I see - it's not exactly the most intuitive way to do it. Why not let people choose the service they want rather than trying to force a collection on them and have to remove it (which it's not evident you can do). I didn't get beyond that step as I assumed I'd be committed
@RoyalMailHelp Trying to buy postage online before taking it to post office but despite showing that's an option, it then defaults to home collection & can't change it. I don't want to wait for it to be collected or get postage at the https://t.co/gJacH22bD5 as they charge more
@TanithCarey@stitchfix@OUTFITTERY Have so far sent a query via comment form (no reply), called up (no answer) & emailed 2 separate addresses, plus tried to contact via X. Trustpilot on the list next as they actually seem to be replying there sometimes & needless to say then cancelling the entire account...
@TanithCarey@stitchfix@OUTFITTERY Have seen so many similar tales. I did get some pretty dire items (and that was having ordered one, and given input, rather than randomly receiving it). I kept some jeans which I am slightly regretting, as otherwise I could try a chargeback if they try to charge me the whole lot
@NHM_London Just checking a question from a reader - can people leave children's scooters in the cloakrooms? And if so, do they have to fold/what's the fee? (I can see bikes and pushchairs can be if folded) Thanks!
@TanithCarey@stitchfix@OUTFITTERY Have tried contact form, phoning, now X and emailing a customer service address I found to get hold of someone, as I'm seeing so many complaints of people being charged for boxes they returned. Not a clue if they even have mine, or what/when I'll be charged.
@TanithCarey@stitchfix@OUTFITTERY Just seen this thread - didn't get an unrequested box, but had thought I'd give it a try (as Stitch Fix was generally good) and it has been awful from start to finish. Have sent back box which Royal Mail shows was delivered a week ago, but my account still says 'awaiting returns'
.@OUTFITTERY Box received by you a week ago is still showing as awaiting return - no reply to contact form message, no one answers phone. Seeing countless complaints people are being charged full price for unwanted clothes, so would appreciate knowing what's going on.
As the nights get darker and the days get colder, my thoughts inevitably turn to one thing… where to find the best winter sun with kids. Luckily Cathy aka @Mummytravels - family travel has this fab post for us. https://t.co/6LuTohIQzr
