This week is about nature. Many of us are not accessing or benefitting from nature at the moment. Teenagers seem to be less connected with nature and around 13% of UK households have no access to a garden.
Make sure you take the time to process your mental health this week.
Check in with your kids. It's been a weird year and, while kids are resilient, sometimes just a hug makes all the difference.
Actions often speak louder than words. A hug is all it takes this National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day.
