@ZARA_Care Reached out over what's app they said theyd refund me for the items missing and ghosted me . THAN I reached out to zara online customer support and they said they are still reviewing things. Since theres no updates @ZARA_Care ?!?!

Missing items from my Zara order. Reported it the same day (Tues), waited 48 hrs like I was told. Now being asked to reconfirm everything because the last rep didn’t log it properly—and told to wait another 48 hrs. Why am I chasing items I never even received? @ZARA_Care
