प्रधानमंत्री @narendramodi जी आपके कार्पोरेट मित्र गौतम अदानी छत्तीसगढ़ में आदिवासियों पर कहर बरपा रहे हैं । संविधान, कानून की धज्जियां उड़ाकर सत्ता के दम पर आदिवासियों से उनके जंगल जमीन को जबरन छीन रहे हैं ।
हसदेव अरण्य में आदिवासी किसानों की जमीन को पहले जबरन कब्जा करके फेंसिंग कर दी गई और कल रात में धान बोई हुई खेती पर बुलडोजर चला दिया गया।
परसा कोल ब्लॉक के प्रभावित गांव जो संविधान की पांचवीं अनुसूचित क्षेत्र हैं, उन्होंने कभी भी ग्रामसभा में खनन की सहमति नहीं दी । वर्ष 2018 में अदानी कंपनी ने ग्रामसभा के फर्जी और कूट रचित दस्तावेज बनाकर विभिन्न स्वीकृतियां हासिल कर ली ।
जांच में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अनुसूचित जनजाति ने ग्रामसभाओं के प्रस्ताव को फर्जी पाया और नवंबर 2024 को शासन को पत्र लिखकर वन स्वीकृति निरस्त करने की अनुशंसा की लेकिन @vishnudsai सरकार ने कोई कार्यवाही तो नहीं की उल्टा फोर्स भेजकर जबरन हजारों पेड़ो को कटवा दिया ।
आंदोलनरत आदिवासी किसानों ने जबरन भूमि अधिग्रहण का विरोध कर मुआवजा तक नहीं लिया लेकिन पुलिस और स्थानीय प्रशासन के दम पर उनकी जमीनों को जबरन कब्जा कर लिया गया।
ये उसी छत्तीसगढ़ में हो रहा है जहां आदिवासियों ने भाजपा को सर्वाधिक सीटें विधानसभा और लोकसभा में दी है बदले में उनसे उनके जंगल जमीन को छीन का विस्थापित किया जा रहा है क्या यही न्याय है?
