It’s crazy how @PrepHoops has not issued a refund our taken any accountability for this weekends event. When it was your staff who swung on a minor. They had only 6 security for a RWE event. Was supposed to be a huge day for MN hoops.

WOW. After tons of communication and an amazing phone call with @Coach_lenke, I am extremely blessed to receive my first DIVISION 1 offer to play corner at @PVAMU
Moving ball before body is a concept that was foreign to me until the end of my playing career, but would’ve helped so much if I understood it sooner.
Instead of rationalizing why you should move the ball before your body on a shot for the sake of debate, I’d rather just provide 3 facts ⬇️
1. Better Decision Making
• As soon as the hips fly up, your decision has been made. If you develop the ability to bring the ball to your face without extending the lower half, you buy yourself precious time and can maintain the ability to drive/change decisions.
2. Better Pump Fakes & Drives
• I used to pump fake and end up bringing my body down at the same as the defense was recovering - no advantage is gained. When you keep your lower half down during a ball raise/pump fake, you can explode out or relocate much quicker.
3. Control First, Power Second
Logically, it wouldn’t make much sense to generate force and then try to find control on the way out (which is what a lot of players do). It’s much more logical to create a platform and position of control with the hand under the ball and then generate energy THROUGH the ball from that position.
No team in their right mind should want to see Sheyenne in the playoffs, the passion they play with is second to none. @JohnAngau is one of the best two way players in the state! @TommyAhneman is looking to be one of the best big man prospects to come out of ND since AJ Jacobson.
