We’re in the rainy season, so there will be more of that. Honestly, that’s why many people use trains in Europe; not everyone has the heart to withstand air turbulence, the vibration, or the feeling that the plane is falling like an elevator. People who shuttle back and forth by air are really trying, especially aides and personal assistants, oh and flight crews, una dey try sha. 😬
@EzeChineduChri1@drpenking You are among the 1% of the 1% who can still tell the difference between real and AI-generated illusion (deepfakes). The vast majority can no longer spot them. Their minds are now fully conditioned to accept it as reality.
The Matrix is getting stronger.
@drpenking Hope you guys know this is AI, right? Or has the Matrix blurred the lines so much that people are beginning to lose the ability to tell what is real and what is fake?
The world is changing.
Yes! 👏
Stop that nonsense of arresting them, then jailing them, or later “reintegrating” them.
Those who were arrested are the reason for the kidnapping in Oyo and the demand for the release of their commanders. So, any commander you apprehend or their foot Urchins, don’t give them the opportunity to be used as a bargaining tool. Deal with it there and then. Enough is enough!
In a country facing serious security threats on multiple fronts, this should be taken very seriously. Even the DSS/NSA ought to investigate. If you understand terrorism, drug trafficking, and money laundering, you’ll know that private jets are often the preferred means of transportation for high-risk criminal networks. Landing on a road and taking off shortly afterwards raises serious security concerns that must be looked into. This was cought on camera, imagine others around the country that you never get to know of!
Watch Lord of War and you’ll better understand how such operations can work. Remember Pablo Escobar and how he moved cash and drugs? Cases like those illustrate why this unusual aircraft landing and takeoff needs to be thoroughly investigated.
Who are the passengers who went to Asaba by road? What were they carrying? How many were they? There are lots of questions that need answers.
Obidients are like sheep 🐑 being led to the slaughter.
You mean they should ignore the signs on the door and enter the slaughterhouse because their shepherd is inside? That is a dangerous, zombie-like move. Anyone who is told to stop asking important questions, stop reading too much meaning into obvious signs here and there and just follow the herd needs to understand that he or she is no longer in control of their mind. It is being hijacked in real time.
The world is changing.
Most people don’t understand the game Seriake Dickson is playing. The 60–40 he is requesting as a nationwide sharing formula has nothing to do with any legacy members. What legacy members are there in a party formed a few months ago?
That 40% is his own structure, and he has ensured it is for juicy locations (Abuja senatorial slot is an example), not forests and bushes. He is not interested in whether they win or not; if they win, good; if they don’t, he is still sure of grabbing something from that 40%.
@QHVZYMY My house is just like this but the extra touch you added just made it even more amazing. 👏
Wish I saw this beforehand but… that was around 2022.
Please I am in your DM.
It is long overdue. The pandemic of vehicles without number plates is a sight not even common in Benin 🇧🇯 or Togo 🇹🇬, yet it is everywhere in Nigeria. Just have a few naira in your bank account and drive around without a plate.
It is a crisis that must be nipped in the bud before it gets out of hand.
The same people who drive around Nigeria without number plates would never try such nonsense in the US, Europe, or even Togo no matter how highly you are placed. Impossible. But in Nigeria, anything goes.
Those who taunt us with the “saner clime” lexicon will look the other way and even come to its defence.
Lawless citizens = a lawless country
There is an unmarked vehicle issue in Nigeria, and this is only observed in Nigeria. Somehow everyone’s mind has been warped to start seeing it as normal.
Check Davido’s vehicles in the US, all with plate numbers, but in Nigeria, zero! That’s one out of countless of them out there.
There is an abnormality culture in Nigeria and somehow the citizens’ psyche has been warped to start seeing abnormal things as normal. They will defend it, give excuses, even as far as insulting you for pointing out abnormalities. 🤦🏽♂️
Even the richest or famous person in poor neighboring Benin or Togo cannot drive around without a plate number, but in Nigeria, once you have as little as $ 10k, you can freely drive around in vehicles without plates.
Lots of things are wrong with that country, and it’s not just the leaders. Everyone is guilty one way or another.
@hassan_sas89@DejiAdesogan Why will you even drive a car without plate number? Can you do that even in poor Benin 🇧🇯?Dealers should be assisting buyers in obtaining and issuing red plates to their customers. That’s what happens in saner climes. It’s not every time ‘in saner climes’ but never in action.
Long overdue. The rate at which vehicles move around in Nigeria without number plates is alarming, and it’s one of the social vices I have consistently spoken against. You can’t even dare drive a car without a plate in Europe, you can obtain a temporary or dealer-issued plate (red plate). In our neighboring countries such as Benin, Togo, and Ghana, etc you wouldn’t even think of it. But in Nigeria, almost anything goes, and you still have people defending it. Ironically, the same defenders are often the first to quote the “in a saner clime” lexicon.
SE development, and the only thing I can remember the man for is hosting one conference after another. Some of those conferences were even held in Abuja. Zero ideas, zero innovative projects; just moving from one conference in Abuja to another in Anambra, then another in Enugu… unending.
I support a six-year, two-term limit for the presidency, combined with a rotating parliament that goes through off-cycle elections every four years. Similar to the U.S. system, periodic parliamentary elections would keep elected officials accountable (including that of the ruling party) throughout an administration’s tenure, rather than concentrating all political contests into a single election cycle. Meaning that if the president is not doing well, an off cycle election can usher in a majority that can influence impeachment.
