@sweetgreen This is HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order at 12:15pm and it’s now 1:43pm and it has not even been started & the store is telling me they can’t issue a refund. I should not have to fill out a form for a refund or come back. #sweetgreen
For the record: You cannot have an abortion in the 9th month. You cannot have an abortion after birth. If we didn’t keep banning books, maybe we wouldn’t have to clear that up. #Debate2024

It feels kind of fake to ask a question that no one really wants an honest answer to, but I guess it's part of American social norms.
@LouisVuitton has terrible customer service. You have a “care team” that can’t answer direct questions and then it takes 2-4 days to get a response from a store and they’re not responding.
Mothers come in various forms, biological mothers, adoptive mothers, foster mothers, stepmothers, bonus mothers, surrogate mothers, Muhvas, grandmothers and great grandmothers too. Let’s not forget our mothers in heaven. God bless you all💕

September marks the end of summer, the start of the school year and for me, my personal new year (Sept 2nd). When my birthday comes around, I reflect on life and write down goals. This year I’ve decided to celebrate myself more and share what I’ve been up to.
Last week marked my first board meeting as the new #VicePresident of the @TempleUniv Fox School of Business Alumni Association. When I was elected to the board in 2021, I was Co-Chair of the Mentorship Committee and served on the Governance Committee.
This is not a fad. Let’s stop treating #DEI like one. Switching gears to “focus” on other things will eventually highlight our systematic issues in a more profound way. #Diversity, #Equity, and #Inclusion is just as important.
“Mentions of diversity, equity and inclusion on earnings calls and at conferences among Russell 3,000 Index companies fell by 54% from a year ago in the third quarter to the lowest since 2018, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.” https://t.co/jlOM7ydLkA

"A phrase I heard recently and found useful: I agree with the idea, but I disagree with the tone.
Many ideas get dismissed because they are delivered in a cocky or hostile or dismissive tone—or because of who delivers them.
Separate substance from style."
