Nottingham is an amazing city but we need to be focusing on the small projects because they’re tactile projects.

The smaller scale projects enable the users and public to engage with the community and architecture in an inclusive manner 🤩🏘🏗

Final speaker of the morning is @Morgan_JohnM from @leonard_design. What makes #Nottingham unique when we're pitching for investment on a global scale? It's the small projects that need to be amplified. "They are the urban grain and fabric of our city."

Our next speaker is @boothcharlotte1 from @B_E_Design to talk about how we can get to net zero carbon by 2028. "We must not be designing buildings today that need to be retrofitted in the future".

Co-founder of @NottinghamSkate @ChrisMLawton77 is dropping some data about our city. We're bigger than we think, we're one of the youngest cities in the country, and we're a bit anxious! But we've got lots to be proud of, not least our skating heritage.

Sam Veal from @BlueprintPlaces is now speaking about The Fruit Market housing development site and how they have worked wihh their next door neighbours @Nottswildlife to develop the community garden.
