@ErichBergen we loved seeing you on Broadway last night! It reminded me of how kind and talented you were when you performed for @JFedPhilly a few years ago.
Now more than ever, the @AmericanCancer is critical in the fight against cancer. ACS is the biggest non-profit funder of cancer research, and is (was?) second only behind the US government. Please consider supporting the 2025 #MichiganSoftballAcademy

The most powerful video you will see today! 🇮🇱
And the quote Erin Molan shares at the end is an incredibly poignant way to frame what is happening right now in the Middle East:
“Nobody knows what will happen next in the Middle East, but I know without any doubt in my mind who I’m rooting for.
And it’s not the terrorists who celebrate death; it’s the country fighting desperately for life.”
Breaking: Pro-Palestine protesters have shut down the freeway in LA. All cars are stopped due to 50 activists blocking vehicles.
Last time they shut down a bridge, someone missed an appointment for a brain tumor removal, and a disabled child was sent to the hospital.
Today, I honor the members of my family who were murdered but remembered @AuschwitzMuseum as well as the fortunate few who were able to escape to the United States (including my grandparents and my father) and Israel. May all of those who have perished be always for a blessing.
I watch this video every #HolocaustRemembranceDay. And I cry every time, because it revives my hope in humanity!
This is Nic Winton, who rescued 669 (mostly Jewish) children from Czechoslovakia during the Holocaust & brought them to Britain in the Kindertransport. #YomHaShoah
Wow. Germany has released a powerful statement denouncing the show trial of Israel at the International Court of Justice and saying it will intervene as a third party.
"We know that different countries rate Israel's operation in the Gaza Strip differently. However, Germany firmly and expressly rejects the accusation of genocide now made before the International Court of Justice against Israel."
It took three months and a mountain of evidence, but two UN-appointed independent experts released a statement saying:
“The growing body of evidence about reported sexual violence is particularly harrowing. These acts constitute gross violations of international law, amounting to war crimes which, given the number of victims and the extensive premeditation and planning of the attacks, may also qualify as crimes against humanity."
Waiting for Secretary-General @antonioguterres and @UN_Women to make statements of their own.
The head of psychiatry at the Tel Aviv hospital caring for released hostages said they had undergone the worst abuse and trauma she had witnessed in her career.
Among the 14 former hostages treated at her canter, she said, were child hostages who had been drugged by their captors – including with ketamine – and were suffering from withdrawal, those who had subjected to or witnessed sexual abuse, a woman who had been kept in a tiny cage, and another who had a breakdown after being kept in complete darkness for days.

IDF troops in central Gaza received intelligence regarding dozens of terrorists hiding inside a school together with civilians.
The terrorists fired RPGs while hiding behind women and children. The IDF raided the school and separated the civilians from the terrorists. The terrorists were apprehended and arrested.
Watch and listen to this beautiful call to #BringThemHomeNow.
One thousand musicians, along with the families of the 129 hostages, perform the song “HaBayta (Come Home)” at the Caesarea Amphitheatre.
I’ve listened to probably 300 phone calls from October 7th, people who know they’re about to die, reaching out for the last time. What is so striking is the love, the words of affection. Not a single person chooses to call for a final fight, a grievance or outburst of anger. The last thing the victims of the October 7th massacre chose to do in life was to express love and leave their loved ones with that blessing. I carry that with me every day, that when all is said and done, what matters is to have someone on the other line who we want to say those words to.
