People demanding "proof" of election fraud are not understanding how crime works. I worked at Manhattan DA for over 2 years, one in Homicide. We never had video proof of the crime. We almost never had DNA. These are things that occur on CSI on TV, not in real life. And we still convicted people all the time.
What we had was testimony and circumstantial evidence. Travel times, bank records, cell phone data, gate access codes. Motive, capability, benefit, time and place. Never direct proof. Of course the defendant always denied the crime, but there was enough evidence to show that one had to have occurred nonetheless.
If what we have in the LA Mayoral election is a statistical anomaly that is beyond reasonable explanation with anything besides fraud, that is enough to prove a crime. This has been true since the beginning of Western Civlization.
@SpeakerJohnson@GOPoversight Apparently NOT... Passing somthign in the House and not in the Senate means it is not a law that can be upheld. Time to dump the filibuster and MOVE THE AGENDA @SenateGOP
He must be counting all the tax payer funded learing center job frauds!
This is the reality, entrepreneurs and successful businesses are fleeing CA at an alarming rate:

First of all America is not a Democracy it is a Constitutional Republic! This beautiful system requires the rule of law to be upheld.
The Left:
-Funds fake right wing extremism to emotionally charge their base
-Wants to pack the courts with partial justices to undermine the Rule of Law and the Constitution
-Wants to prosecute those who expose the fraud
-Wants to prosecute those who uphold the law
-Wants to flood the Country with criminals
-Wants to release criminals into your neigborhoods after they are caught
-Wants to hid from any audits
-Wants to enable cheating and fraud
-Does NOT want election integrity
Prove me wrong
I wonder how many of those "jobs" are from learing centers and other fraud schemes?
All I see is that entrepreneurs and successful businesses are fleeing CA at an alarming rate to where their businesses are more appreciated:

Where do you think the majority of the Crypto and tech industry reside in the US? It was this current administration that prevented tech from fleeing America under Democrats regulation by enforcement antics and it was this administration that is making America the crypto captial of the world.
@cwebbonline The fact that CA wont let DOJ after court orders access to the voter data begs alot of significant questions: What else is CA hiding besides millions of ghost voters or ilegals or US citizens that don't even know they are registered and someone else is voting on their behalf?
Counting every ballot is exactly the problem - when you count dead people, illeagals, ghost voters, people who have moved out of the state, skidrow paid voters, etc.
Counting every vote ensures authorized votes no longer matter. Accepting ballots after you know how many votes you need is simply election fraud.
The Save America Act needs to be passed.
Senate is trying to make a deal with the House to move bills in both chambers. Every House member should be a NO until they move the Save America Act.
@EndWokeness I don't know how needs to hear this... but this makes absolutely zero logical sense.
A 3rd place candidate receiving more mail in ballots than the 1st place candidate in the same primary.
It's unheard of.
Yes they are - They will accept ballots up to 7 days after ELECTION DAY as long as they are rubber stamped (postmarked) by Election Day! Its incomprehensible to have this policy why 7 days and not 30 or 60 days later? They have to have a deadline otherwise you can't complete an election. The OBVIOUS ANSWER is recieved costody by ELECTION DAY so within hours of polls closing you know the total number of ballots you ware working with. It because a verification and counting game from there. The only reason to accept after ELECTION DAY is to understand how many votes you need to win (how much or how little you need to cheat).
@X22Report It goes down because CA allows ballots to be received up to 7 days after ELECTION DAY? As long as they are postmarked by election day which is simply a stamp that can be forged. They then count all the pre and election day votes to know how many they need to manufacture to win.
If illegals are counted due to checking a box when they are given a license and then receiving a ballot in the mail or fraudulent votes are counted in an election. That I believe meets the stipulation of denying or abridging the right to vote for eligible citizens. Every fraud vote disenfranchises an elgible citizens vote.
I am curious what happens when States don't allow Federal Government to verify voter rolls to ensure federal laws are being upheld? Are they allowed to vote in the midterms or are there penalties for blatant disregard or rebellion?
14th Amendment, Section 2 (Penalty Clause): This reduces a state's House representation if it "denies or abridges" the right to vote for eligible citizens...
@RealSpitfire Will take common sense when we get it. He seems to be the only one willing to part from crazy even if not consistently. In some cases more so than the legacy RINOs in our own party. We have to count our blessings, and FIGHT ON!
