Our Women In Conservation Practical Day last Saturday was fantastic! We had women come from far and wide to join us in a productive and wholesome day, fuelled by coppicing and cake 🍰 Thank you to all that joined and keep an eye out for future events 😊

@X Saturday 1st March, National Trust Arnside & Silverdale will be celebrating International Women's Day with a Women in Conservation Practical Work Party! Open to all women- from anyone new to the outdoors to expert conservationists!

@X Signs of Spring at our Heysham NT site- St. Patrick's Chapel 🌸 The Rangers and our volunteers work here every other Friday, keeping it beautiful and managed for people and wildlife!

#DynamicDunes are being created all the time at Sandscale. A few weeks of fierce winds have sculpted these frontal dunes down on the beach. This new bare sand will provide new habitat for pioneer species. Everything is constantly changing.
