Over the last 48 hrs., rainfall totals in northern Dona Ana, Otero, and Sierra counties have received up to 5 in. of rain. Sep. rainfall totals at Jornada have exceeded half of their normal annual rainfall. They have already exceeded their previous Sep. record rainfall by 2 in.
