✈️ The second stop on the New York Philharmonic’s 2024 tour to China was Nanjing, and the Philharmonic packed quite a bit into less than 48 hours there.
🎻 A quartet of musicians gave a pop-up concert while others took the opportunity to stretch, recharge, and take in the city.
From New York City to Guangzhou! ✈️ After a long day of flying, some New York Philharmonic musicians enjoyed the cultural offerings of the bustling city, from fabulous food (it’s the birthplace of Cantonese cuisine) to stunning art and inspiring history.

Due to predictions of inclement weather, in consultation with the City of New York, tonight’s performance of the New York Philharmonic Concerts in the Parks, Presented by Didi and Oscar Schafer, in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, is cancelled. This concert will not be rescheduled.
