There has been a brilliant response to our @GrantGivers #EthicsOfPhilanthropy survey already - it’s open for another 2 weeks so there is still time to have your say on topics such as #Accountability #Investments #Reparations and more. Let’s make it the biggest one yet!

@British_Airways The saga continues. Bag had been located 🎉was being sent to Lisbon airport (Ok… I’m in a different location but maybe I’ll get my bag), oh wait - it’s now flown to Lisbon and is apparently today on a flight BACK to Heathrow - I just want to see my bag again @British_Airways

[CIORSDAN [Kirsten, like Dunst] @NADSROIC]

. @British_Airways #missingbags
Got to Heathrow, go to check in bags, there are around 100 checked bags stranded in a pile - we are CATEGORICALLY REASSURED by your staff member that ‘the bags will make it to the correct planes, don’t worry, this has happened before…

@British_Airways Hi ‘Kelly’, back in the olden days (aka as recently as a year ago) ‘dropping a DM’ meant actually sending a human a direct message, this now means sending a message to a bot which doesn’t have the ability to think creatively or operate outside of a few possible scenarios.

[CIORSDAN [Kirsten, like Dunst] @NADSROIC]

@British_Airways Day 4 of my 8 day holiday and still no suitcase. I’m now no longer at my Lisbon accommodation as we’ve moved to the coast for the week, but it will not let me update the location for delivery as 1 of the bags has been delivered 🙃😖 - how to rectify this? @British_Airways

[CIORSDAN [Kirsten, like Dunst] @NADSROIC]

And btw this isn’t a free ‘dedicated’ helpline, I end up running out of credit trying to get through multiple times. Utterly ridiculous and so disappointing. What are you going to do now, @British_Airways ? See photo below of our 2 bags which we were afraid we’d never see again

[CIORSDAN [Kirsten, like Dunst] @NADSROIC]

Finally one of the bags appears to have been ‘found’ but when I try the phone number they give it doesn’t work, get another email saying the phone number was wrong, try this new one and even though it is a dedicated helpline it says they cannot put me through due to overwhelm

Today those notorious eco-zealots the International Energy Agency have published another report on how irreconcilable expansion of oil and gas exploration and production is with staying within 1.5°C.

Britain is under attack. A 🧵

Distinguished lawyer @JacquiMckenzie6 is known for her work on the #Windrush scandal, for which the govt claims to be sorry

She even worked with the Home Sec to review these unjust deportations, an act of good faith many of us would nt have managed
