I wonder do we have any escalation matrix at TATAAIA. Even after multiple follow ups there is no response advisors don't have access to transfer calls to managers. Keeping calls on hold and disconnecting. Very pathetic and sick response

Orderd a wall fan which was recvd without the blade. requested for the replacement which was accepted but the delivery guys cancelled the pickup stating the image does not match with the actual product. They asked for the image of the blade.

Seriously Man.
