For the first time ever, Tribal members can now register to vote at an Indian Health Service facility, Native Health of Phoenix.

Arizona now has a Native American Day. Today, June 2, is Native American Day in Arizona.

Thanks to the Legislative efforts of Navajo State Senator Jamescita Peshlakai, D-Window Rock. Her Legislative Bill recognizing June 2, as Native American Day, was signed into law April 2018.
