Apart from modernising Kamla Nehru Hospital in terms of physical infrastructure, PMC decides to appoint specialist doctors with enhanced salaries ( additional 1.25 lakh ) . This will augment emergency services as well as High Dependency Units( HDU) .

PMC resurfaced about 2 lakh sq mts of road surface in 4 weeks under an intensive drive of potholes repair.Such large scale repair work in such a short period has not been done before.

After the tragic NavaleBridge Mishap, urgent steps have been taken: multilingual signage,LED warning boards, strict speed control, checks on overloaded vehicles. Service roads to be upgraded and long-term solutions like an elevated corridor planned to make the stretch safer. @PMC
