A genuine heart attack reimbursement claim is being endlessly delayed by @HDFCERGOGIC despite submission of all original documents multiple times. The patient suffered a sudden angina attack in last week of Feb'26 and was admitted to a govt hospital during a medical emergency.

@HDFCERGOGIC This pattern gives the impression of deliberate delay and no intention of reimbursing. A family already going through emotional and financial stress of such a situation should not be subjected to these things after fully complying with every requirement.
