been on health journey for the last 2 years & still don’t understand calories, like EVERY time i log something i’m taken aback. also don’t know how to fit my protein requirements into my daily caloric intake. still hate squats. i actually understand nothing and still acing it 💪🏽
so then she’s like you know what? i work at a wellness spa. if you won’t take money from me, can i give you 3 vouchers for a massage as our place? sis gave me like $150 worth of massage vouchers for paying for her drink and sandwich 🙏🏽
i was at the store and the woman’s card in front of me didn’t work; her bill was 8 dinars, so like $25. she said she’d go home to get another card and i was like sis, don’t even worry about it, i got you.
she kept insisting no, let me at least go get cash to pay you back and i just kinda ignored her and had the cashier ring up her stuff with mine. she asked for my number so she could pay me back, i said absolutely not and that she should could just pay it forward when she can
my whole point is my body literally has stopped craving food of any kind. don’t talk to me about protein anymore 🤢 don’t talk to me about carbs ❌ don’t talk to me about meal prepping or needing calories to build muscle. don’t talk to me at all in fact 😡
my nutrition been a joke lately. yesterday all i had was 3 chocolate milks and a buttload of water. today i had a protein shake in the morning and an iced coffee in the evening. that’s it. then i cry when the scale won’t move because WHY AREN’T YOU i’m putting nothing in you.
@Y2SHAF respectfully i disagree. i drink 2-3 liters of water daily and if its not ice cold i just can’t do it. it actually makes me thirstier to drink water that isn’t icy.
