A hospital check-up for various injuries and illnesses might last 10 minutes. Getting there can take half a day. Donate now: https://t.co/1j2S3RoAgU
In North Gaza, roads have been reduced to rubble, transportation systems have collapsed, and fuel is scarce. For the sick and injured, a simple journey to receive wound care, physical therapy, dialysis, cancer treatment, or a medical check-up can mean leaving home two hours early just to navigate destroyed streets and dangerous conditions.
That is why The Sameer Project operates 9 free bus routes across Northern Gaza.
Every day, our buses transport patients, people with disabilities, the elderly, students, and families who have no other way to move through a razed city. For many medical patients, these buses are not a convenience. They are the difference between receiving treatment and missing it entirely.
The cost to keep this initiative running is approximately $3,500 per day, BUT we are seeing donations decline, this may become one of the first programs we are forced to suspend. Donate now: https://t.co/1j2S3RoAgU. The timing could not be worse. The scorching summer months are arriving, temperatures are rising, and people have no alternative transportation options.
Mobility is healthcare. Mobility is dignity. Mobility is access to survival. Help us keep this initiative going by donating to our General Fund: https://t.co/1j2S3RoAgU

Skin disease is one of the most widespread and overlooked health crises in Gaza today, as the UN predicts a tripling on the strip as the shelter crisis worsen. Help here: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1
Families are living in overcrowded tents, surrounded by rubble, with limited access to clean water, sanitation, hygiene products, or the ability to wash clothing and bedding regularly. These conditions have fueled an explosion of skin infections, fungal diseases, eczema, scabies, and other painful dermatological conditions that affect children and adults alike.
On May 4, The Sameer Project hosted a dermatology medical day in Al-Sabreen Baraka Camp in Khan Younis, where 170 patients received examinations, treatment, and medications they otherwise would not have been able to access.
For many patients, these conditions are not simply uncomfortable - they interfere with sleep, cause chronic pain and itching, lead to secondary infections, and can have serious long-term health consequences if left untreated.
Each dermatology medical day costs approximately $1,200 to operate, covering physician support, medications, and medical supplies. In a place where healthcare infrastructure has been systematically devastated and medical needs continue to grow, these campaigns provide critical relief to some of Gaza's most vulnerable families.
We need your help. These Mobile Medical days help us reach patients where they are. Donate to the medical campaign today: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1

97% of well water in Gaza is contaminated but Mohammad dug a well that ended up having fresh water! The well is also just meters away from the beach. A miracle in Gaza as fresh water is extremely precious.

Families in Gaza are doing what they can to survive but the reality is that their bodies are depleted and malnourished. Bodies are covered in rashes and their immune systems are barely functional. Two and a half years of genocide, when will it end?
On May 31st, the Translating Falasteen x The Sameer Project distributed 120 kilos of sweets to the Manshia Camp, Gaza City, to 120 families. Total cost with 11% commission is $1,046.

An Al Jazeera investigation shows that 51 countries supplied Israel with about $885.6 million in military equipment during its genocide on the Gaza Strip between October 2023 and October 2025.
91% of these shipments arrived after the International Court of Justice warned of a plausible risk of genocide. The United States and India were the main suppliers, followed by several European and Asian countries.

Umm Ahed is not just fighting for her own life; she is desperately clinging to survival to raise two young children left behind by her son, who was previously martyred. She pleads for her basic right to medical care, just to stand on her feet again for her orphaned grandchildren.
Despite holding an official medical referral for treatment abroad for the past two years, the ongoing blockade and collapsed healthcare system have barred her from traveling, causing her condition to rapidly deteriorate as the illness spreads.
