Congress must:
➡️ Refuse to provide one more dollar to ICE and CBP through the appropriations process; and
➡️ Immediately take action to revoke the tens of billions already given through last summer’s reconciliation bill.
As we’ve seen today and over the last few weeks in Minneapolis and across the country, federal funding for ICE continues to prop up systems that have caused serious harm to our communities, while avoiding hard questions about transparency and abuse of power.
⏰ The Senate is expected to vote on this funding package soon. Calls and emails matter — especially right now.
🚨 TAKE ACTION TODAY:
Tell our Nebraska members of Congress: NO additional funding for ICE violence! https://t.co/bR3YMWc1Hn

❌LB809 would also thwart the will of Lincoln voters who passed a source of income ban last May, and it limits other municipalities from being able to enact similar fair housing laws. #NELeg
Today, ❌LB809 was intro’d by Sen. Dover in the #NELeg. This bill would harm Nebraska renters by prohibiting localities from banning housing discrimination on the basis of a tenant’s source of income.
