Most recently: Cloud computing newsletter writer @ Pluralsight. Executive ghostwriter, B2B podcast and video strategist, ex-journalist. Love to love it.
Leaving Pluralsight after a year and a half. It was a joy serving the AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud communities... and so happy with what my colleagues and I accomplished there.
On to the next adventure.
@MilenaRodban More worried about the stuff the labs aren't wargaming for TBH. Only thing worse than an unknown unknown is a known we don't take seriously...
@tomfgoodwin Its tradition and you get to see the kids' eyes light up when you bring comically large duty free chocolates back from overseas flights. Huge parenting win.
@JoeFernandez I've just embraced being the bad parent and keeping the tablet/phone under lockdown and only using it supervised. Rough but the screen addiction is even worse.
It’s hard to fathom that it has been three years since the October 7 Hamas massacre. Three years since the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.
The pain of that dark day has not faded. But neither has the strength, resilience and enduring hope of the Jewish people.
Today, we remember the innocent lives stolen, stand with the survivors and the families forever changed, and pray for a lasting peace.
@Ealz It's a trip. My son has completely different interests than me! Similar personality traits to be sure but the things I loved in school he hates and vice versa.
Just had the biggest IT win of my life when I helped my kid solve the mystery of the Roku TV that just wouldn't work.
I got to pass on the knowledge of Turn It Off And Turn It Back On Again to the new generation and it was beautiful...
@MuseumCommodore Geos! Was confusingly intrigued by it as an elementary school kid. Successfully set the stage for a lifetime of office work, so... win?
