Only Supreme Court can solve the NCR air pollution crisis :
* Schools in NCR towns still open (though shut in Delhi now)
* Centre's Air Quality Commission is a farce
* Construction going on unchecked in NCR towns
* Single authority for transport urgently needed in entire NCR
