@SecretTeach3r Drop it - it doesn’t exist in the employment world. Had one employer who tied a bonus to attendance. As soon as the gender pay gap data started getting published it became obvious how sexist the process was. Might be worth checking if schools discriminate now with 100% targets.

This public fury around this contract clause shows a lack of experience of the challenges non-tech companies face internally trying to synchronise tech contracts with non tech employees.

Hotel : face to face interaction with an employee of the company in a company owned building.

Uber: face to face interaction with a contractor in vehicle not owned by the company (might even be owned by a 3rd party)

@Jontafkasi I’m pretty sure the sea cuts London in half and there a a few big engineering challenges that were overcome in the name of transport. And they do have the Thames barrier to defeat nature when it wants to flood London 😀
