@virginmedia I requested a full refund of all funds I have paid to virgin as you were unable to provide the service I was paying for. I don’t receive any offers, just told no. Complaint gets closed or promised call back that never happens
@virginmedia Your engineers used old @skytv cables when installing my service in April/May. This affected service speeds. After test, you couldn’t provide speeds, so I opted out of contract at no cost. If your engineers had used Virgin equipment, we wouldn’t be having this chat
@virginmedia I wasn’t given any resolution option despite raising same complaint 4 times. I can’t escalate to #CISAS as complaint not open over 8 weeks. No way of tracking complaint as account closed. Promised callbacks, no one does. Put on hold forever, 35mins today, until I give up
