CSIR–IIIM Jammu has joined hands with ICMR-NIV, Pune to strengthen collaboration in research, outbreak investigation, diagnostics, and training in public health and virology.

The partnership will enable joint research projects, academic exchanges, and capacity-building programs, enhancing disease surveillance, diagnostic capabilities, and scientific expertise in North India.

Dr. Zabeer Ahmed, Director CSIR-IIIM, emphasized the importance of collaborative research in building robust public health systems and empowering the next generation of scientists.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards advancing scientific research, innovation, and preparedness against emerging health challenges.
