3/ The real test: Built a TypeScript toolkit/API that bridges OpenEHR templates & compositions for both AI agents and web apps. Essentially the toolkit lets you work with OpenEHR without having to deal with its complexity - just valid data in, valid compositions out.
And this is for the #generated code for working with #openEHR AM/RM objects (see code examples here: https://t.co/dIeDkVx7EF).
The generators #save the #cost of 9 developers working for 17 months:
@atthatmatt@wolands_cat@borutjures I have an offer for a CTO position of maybe-VC-funded medical ChatGPT startup. Non-technical co-founders already figured out everything. They just need my CV for the pitch to VCs 😅
p.s. Hi Matt. This is my (@borutjures) medical Twitter where I follow you 😊
This is now a good read for all those interested in care process management modelling! Colleagues from Murcia region in Spain appraised the @openEHR Task Planning for clinical pathways standardisation in infections 🤩@openEHRCKM@clinicalmodels
@ErikSundvall@Athom@bettercareIT@CambioSverige I didn’t know Homey.
Are they interested in healthcare? 😊
I used Node-RED (https://t.co/rU9JNYdjcj) which is similar. It wasn't a good fit for task planning.
However I had an idea of using Node-RED for #openEHR graphical data mapping as mentioned in:

I implemented #parallel task groups pattern for #openEHR Task Planning:

I implemented #repetition pattern for #openEHR Task Planning:

I only added "wait duration" property.

I implemented "Differential Time to Positivity (DTP)" pattern for #BPMPlusHealth.
This was the last temporal constraint on my to-do list.
⏭️ Next are TP-VML elements from #openEHR Task Planning.
Could #BPMN and #Camunda be an execution engine for #openEHR Task Planning? 🤔
Using #openEHR connector for #BPMN to change a duration of an antibiotic therapy.
When lab results are recorded in #openEHR CDR, it triggers sending a notification message to the #Camunda workflow engine.
#DMN decision table is used to determine a duration of the therapy.
My first video demo of creating and deploying a simple #BPMN duration constrained task to #camunda:
A template is created for you (to save some 🐁clicking). It can be modified to suit your needs.

An example of a #BPMN time constrained task for taking a blood sample. The protocol requires that the results are available in a maximum of 5 minutes.
1. We model this with a collapsed sub-process for which we specify a simple #temporal constraint (with a stopwatch icon - ⏱️):

The next step would be to add support for sending compositions from the #camunda workflow engine to the #openEHR CDR. This would enable orchestration of medical workflows with a standard BPMN executable diagrams.
