On a basic level, as a coach, you are trying to create athletes who perform in any circumstance. That means creating a training environment not based on perfection but instead on challenging athletes to perform, regardless of the circumstances
You won’t win on accident.
You won’t get better on accident.
You won’t make progress on accident.
You won’t have a great culture on accident.
You won’t be a great leader on accident.
Do the work.
