What's the biggest takeaway from Florida's recount?

Florida needs to update it's election standards, process, and equipment. I'm skeptical the incoming administration will make this a priority. I think at the very least counties should agree on a standardized ballot template.

@RoigFranzia Broward is trying to save face saying it wasn't ballot design, but I don't buy it. Broward's undervote for Senate was a massive outlier. I don't doubt some people skipped on purpose, but there's no reason to believe that explains all 30,000 undervotes.

Susan Bucher is Palm Beach's Election Supervisor and Brenda Snipes is Broward's Supervisor.

Once the deadline extension was denied, the Supervisor sent her tech staff home because they had literally been there for 42 hours straight trying to meet the deadline

@MrTravoli @Jim_Rebuff @tamaragitt Technically, Bush didn't win the recount, he won based off the initial results. Bush v. Gore stopped the recount and, by default, the initial result stood.
