Resumen de procedimientos legales que Paparazzi ha interpuesto en mi contra.
1. Denuncia penal por robo y lesiones en Cancún. -Salimos exonerados; la jueza
determinó DEFENSA PROPIA.
2. Demanda civil por obstrucción a la libertad de expresión.
-No pasó los filtros y no
procedió.
3. Demanda por falsedad de firmas en documentos de mi propio amparo.
-No procedió
por tratarse de firmas reales.
4. Denuncia por daño moral.
Nos estamos autonotificando porque sus abogados civilistas realizaron la notificación
en cuatro ocasiones de forma incorrecta y, además, asentaron un apellido
incorrecto. Por ello decidimos realizar nosotros la autonotificación.
5. Denuncia por falsedad en declaraciones.
-Actualmente nos encontramos en etapa de
amparo.
