Today, we announced our collaboration with Red Hat to bring hard isolation (enforced on networking hardware) and multi-tenancy to neoclouds and sovereign AI clouds. AI compute and storage have become abstracted, multi-tenant, and automated. AI infrastructure now demands the same of networking. Netris delivers a single fabric that unites every endpoint β the ones with DPUs enabled and the ones without β into one coherent network.
DPUs are important. They unlock granular multi-tenancy, accelerated inference, and enhanced security β the capabilities AI infrastructure operators need to run workloads at scale.
But here is the reality of a production AI cluster: not every endpoint has a DPU or has a DPU enabled.
Storage often runs without a DPU. A tenant's on-ramp β a cable going to their remote data center β has no server behind it at all. A good number of endpoints connect through a switch rather than an active DPU.
With Netris, DPU-enabled workloads and non-DPU-enabled workloads work together. DPUs and switches share a combined control plane that Netris delivers. DPU-accelerated endpoints communicate with non-DPU-accelerated endpoints inside the same physical cluster.
